Remote Finder
After reviewing customer feedback, our team at DISH discovered that many DISH subscribers are not aware of the “remote finder” feature. In order to educate our customers on this feature, I pitched the idea of showing various places where the remote may be lost in the house, with the solution to the problem being the remote finder feature.
